OVERVIEW
A Weekend for Water: charity: water’s annual gathering in 2024. Each year, the organization hosts a special event to bring donors together and raise funds to provide clean water to communities around the world.
This year was extra special, as it marked the first-ever multi-day celebration. Over three days, we gathered to raise funds to support students in schools in Bangladesh. It was the first time we brought together donors, supporters, and Brand Partners in one place, and we were excited to invite children to join us as well. Supporters traveled from all over to make a difference and experience the unveiling of the organization’s Experience Lab in Franklin, TN. The weekend was filled with fun, connection, and a shared mission to impact countless lives around the world for years to come.

OBJECTIVE
I had the privilege of being the lead designer for this event, collaborating closely with our event, creative, marketing, brand partnership, product, and our engineering teams. Together, we worked to create a weekend that was family-friendly and inspiring.
Given the many events/activities throughout the weekend, it was important to me to keep the branding simple and cohesive. My goal was to create a clean, approachable design that subtly reflected our overall branding and the cause we were supporting—raising funds to help students in schools in Bangladesh. I also wanted the branding to feel fun and inviting, ensuring that everyone, regardless of age, could connect with and enjoy the experience.
